VDX.tv is a global video advertising technology company. We help brands magnify the magic of their TV ads by connecting the TV with household members' personal devices and allowing consumers to interact with their TV ads on those devices.

Our mid-funnel video solution helps magnify a brand in the minds of their most valuable prospects, deepening the connection through attention, relevancy, interactivity and frequency. How We Got Here
In 2000, we launched Tribal Fusion, a display ad network. The company then expanded into in-stream (AdoTube), in-app (AppSnack), and desktop video (Firefly Video), and each of these brands became divisions under Exponential, the parent company.
In 2019, we combined all the brands into a single video solution that connects TVs to personal digital devices. We named the new brand VDX.tv—VDX stands for Video-Driven-Experience.
Our People and Organization
All companies have variations of benefits or core values, and of course we have them too. However, the true measure an organization's strength is the average tenure of its people. We are proud to report that our remote-first organization consists of about 450 people with an average tenure of 7.1 years. We believe people stay at VDX.tv because the work environment allows them to thrive and they feel connected to the organization, each other, and our purpose. Although we're an outlier relative to all other ad-tech companies, we have tenure comparable to some of the best companies.
